Summary of RULES - Please Read CAREFULLY!

BookingSaturnia provides
everything you need for
a positive travel experience
through direct
Guest and Accommodation Provider transaction.

 

In return, the Booker need only
follow -2- simple rules
of common sense and fairness:

 

 

RULE NO. 1

DO NOT PLACE A DEPOSIT FOR THE SAME RESERVATION
SIMULTANEOUSLY WITH DIFFERENT ACCOMMODATION PROVIDERS.
Penalty: no Deposit reimbursement.

 

BookingSaturnia performs consistent information cross-referencing
of bookings to detect inappropriate user behavior.

 

The concept of Double Reservation is simple: the same person is not allowed to confirm the same booking with multiple Accommodation Providers. The term "same reservation" applies both to that described above and to partial or overlapping reservations, for example from the 10th to the 15th and from the 12th to the 17th of the same month. "Same person" applies to couples and to nuclear families (husband and wife, for example).

 

Since RESERVATIONS are absolutely free, duplicate bookings with multiple companies are to be expected;
unfortunately, though, ONLY ONE FINAL CONFIRMATION can be made per booking.
If the same person makes the same reservation with 3 different Accommodation Providers, two of the three WILL BE CANCELLED, since such behavior is both unfair and harmful to all users.

 

When BookingSaturnia verifies that a Guest has made Duplicate Reservations:
1 - BookingSaturnia contacts the guest for clarification;
2 - in cases that are verified, if BookingSaturnia determines misbehavior, the guest loses the right to a refund of 100% of all the Deposits paid;
3 - BookingSaturnia then cancels overlapping Guest reservations at its discretion except for one, unless the guest immediately indicates which booking is preferred;
4 - BookingSaturnia has the discretion to place a guest on an internal black list, prohibiting future use of the BookingSaturnia Service.

 

 

RULE NO. 2

ANSWER ALL COMMUNICATION FROM THE ACCOMMODATION PROVIDER, INCLUDING THE DENIAL OF AN OFFER.

 

Answering is fast and easy: simply click on the ACCEPT/REJECT button.

 

It is very important for the Guest to ALWAYS notify the Accommodation Provider of changes in plans, even if only to reject, so the Accommodation Provider will not hold an unwanted room that could have been rented while waiting for a Guest response.
